Mrs Sprout
“If I have not been, what has been? Nothing has been.”
Mrs. Sprout moved to Krollville when she was twenty-two years old so that she might nurse her dying grandmother through her final days. It was during that time that she met her grandmother’s doctor, Alexander Sprout, and fell in love with the young man. Although she had planned to move back to her native France after her grandmother passed away, Mrs. Sprout instead decided to remain in Krollville to marry Alexander.
